Here’s a simple truth about finding reliable solutions for sleep in today's demanding world that you are likely suffering from:
You're never going to just magically start getting sleep because you follow some sleep hack from some random (likely AI written) online piece of advice.
I've been in the holistic health/wellness field for over 25 years and I'm writing this because of my frustration at seeing all of the really bad (even dangerous) information out there about sleep (and health in general).
And to get predictably good sleep, you have to deal with the problem at the correct levels/causes so you can address enough of them in the right way to make a difference. Otherwise, consistent sleep is just never going to happen.
We as professionals have busy lives just like all the people that don't have trouble sleeping...

Hustle culture tells us "rest is weakness". It says we need to just keep grinding. "Sleep when you're dead".

Some people take tons of pills and trust what the drug companies tell them... they think, "If I just take them, it'll work out... right?"

Learn to turn down the noise...!
Some people try over the counter options like melatonin but wake up with a groggy "hangover" from it.
Some try journaling, others try white noise, sleep masks, ear plugs, blue-blockers... but they just don't work in any reliable way.
